We continue to follow up on a monthly basis upon successful completion of a project. Feedback will be obtained from the client on a regular basis about the performance of each team of our employees.
Service Level Agreements
We undertake to enter into level agreement with a client prior to commencement of any project. This ensures high standard of service delivery that will ease the management pain and increase gains in terms of margins.
Training
Training is provided by a retired APEX TRAINING BOARD employee and most of the training takes place on site to ensure practical hands on experience.
Safety
The Health and safety on our projects is of utmost importance to the benefit of our employees as well as the client, as all parties benefit from a safe environment.
Quality Management
We are in the process of identifying a suitable service provider to help our business to implement quality management systems.
